If you're referring to changing the account the which the payment is deposited, you can open the transaction. Then, update the information on the Deposited to field. This way, you'll be able to modify the account associated with the entry. I've added a screenshot below for visual reference.
However, if you wish to change the information on the Received Payment form in QuickBooks, this isn't currently unavailable. This is because the information provided for the entry has been developed so that you can only easily enter the necessary information to organize your data.
Moreover, I recommend visiting the Apps menu in QuickBooks so you're able to see a specific app that you can integrate into QuickBooks. This way, it'll help you customize the Received Payment page based on what is being received.
