I appreciate your suggestion, faisalshivani. Let me help share information about depositing payments via the QuickBooks mobile app.

The QuickBooks mobile app enables you to receive invoice payments directly from your mobile device. However, the ability to change the deposit option and select a different bank account is currently limited to iOS devices only.

In case you're using an Android device, the default account for receiving payments in the QuickBooks mobile app is the Undeposited Funds account. For now, you can log in to your account using a web browser and change the deposit account to the correct bank.

I can also see how convenient it is for you and your business to change the default account. As we value your suggestions, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team.

To submit feedback using your Android device, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Menu button and tap the small Gear icon.
  2. Scroll down in the Help column.
  3. Tap the Feedback button and enter your suggestions.
  4. Hit Send feedback.

Additionally, I'll be sharing these resources that will guide you in viewing your sales transactions and how Undeposited Funds hold all your payments until you physically deposit to your real-life bank:
