Why my invoice is not up to date, it shows 2018 only, now is already 2024

I have logged in another new device, the invoice is not up to date. It’s only 2018, I need till 2024, extremely haywire situation now.

Why my invoice is not up to date, it shows 2018 only, now is already 2024

Your peace of mind is important to us, and we want to ensure everything is sorted out as quickly as possible, @NYK. I've got ways to help resolve the issue of your outdated invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If you're referring to the 2024 invoices not showing up in the list, I recommend running the Invoice List report to verify if your invoices are still in the system. Then, customise it to show the invoices from 2018 until 2024. To do that:

 

  1. Go to Reports and search Invoice List.
  2. Click Switch to Classic View, then Customise.
  3. Set the Report Period to Custom and choose the date.
  4. Select Run Report.

 

If they didn't appear in the report, I recommend using the Audit Log tool to track what happened to the invoices.

 

However, if you're referring to the date on the Invoice page, we can clear the corrupted cache in your browser that caused the issue. Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Once resolved, you can return to your original browser to clear its cache or utilize another compatible one.
