Hi, Ahmad. When you mentioned that you’re not seeing the correct quantity of products, what I understand is that there seems to be a mismatch between the quantity displayed on the Products and services page of your inventory items and what you see in other areas of QuickBooks Online (QBO), such as your inventory reports.
Sometimes in QBO, there is a latency on the products and services page compared to your inventory reports. For accurate tracking of each inventory item, and how they affect quantity on hand, value, and cost. I suggest running the Inventory Valuation Detail report.
Here's how:
After generating the report, return to the Products and services list and scroll up and down slowly to compare the quantity. If you still notice a mismatch, try refreshing your browser. If the issue persists, log out and then log back in for a fresh start.
Additionally, the product quantity will not match when the physical count does not align with the recorded amount in QBO. If you have purchased a product and are using a purchase order to track the transaction, please note that the purchase order is a non-posting transaction. The system will still recognise the purchase order, so you need to add it to a bill.

Thank you for your response, but this does NOT solve my issue. I am experiencing a severe backend database mismatch, and I have already done all basic troubleshooting (clearing cache, incognito mode, checking for future transactions, etc.).
Please look at the attached screenshots. Right now, for my item "Classic Charcoal - 33MM", QuickBooks is showing THREE completely different quantities simultaneously for the exact same date (March 11, 2026):
1. "Inventory Valuation Detail" report: Shows the CORRECT running balance ending at 1,875. 2. "Products and Services" list: Shows an incorrect quantity of 2,687. 3. "Inventory Qty Adjustment" screen: Shows another completely different, incorrect "Qty on Hand" of 2,175.
Because the Adjustment screen is pulling the wrong starting number (2,175 instead of the actual 1,875), I absolutely CANNOT process my physical inventory count. If I do, QBO will calculate the wrong difference and post a massively incorrect Journal Entry, ruining my COGS and Inventory Asset balances.
This is a clear server-side indexing/caching failure. Please do not ask me to refresh my browser again. I need this escalated IMMEDIATELY to the technical team to run a "Backend Sync / Rebuild Data" tool on my account to fix this severe latency between your detail and summary tables.
Thank you.
We appreciate the additional information and your proactive efforts in carrying out the browser troubleshooting steps to display the correct quantity of your products, Ahmad. I truly understand the urgency of this matter.
