SOS Inventory communicates with QBO through a "connection," which is an authorisation you issue, providing access to your account on your behalf. If your connection is inactive, you're unable to use the synchronization services.
Sometimes, the synchronization with QBO fails. It can be due to a data error or a temporary server outage. On a sync error, it waits a few minutes to give the user a chance to fix the issue. If it persists, the system will attempt to correct it automatically.
For further assistance, it's best to reach out to SOS inventory customer service team so they can guide you with the appropriate mapping of items to QBO.
