Specific Task: Finding import new invoice style. Looking for : Custom Form Styles. Current Options Available: 1) Invoice 2) Estimate 3) Sales receipt Role: company admin

I'll share details about importing custom form styles in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Nazmun.

As of July 1, 2021, the option to import custom styles for sales forms was disabled for new QBO accounts. Companies that didn't activate the Import Styles feature from QuickBooks Labs by June 24, 2021, will no longer be able to enable it. Existing QBO companies that had this feature enabled before the cutoff will retain access for now, but there are plans to remove this feature from all accounts in the future.

If you don't have this option, consider exploring third-party applications that integrate with QBO to help you import custom invoice styles. To do that:

  1. Go to Apps and select Find Apps.
  2. Type a keyword in the search field and press Enter on your keyboard.
  3. Browse the available apps, then select Get app now.

Additionally, you can create templates for recurring transactions in QBO that generate and send invoices to your customers on a scheduled basis.
