Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @umar4. Let’s go step by step to ensure everything is set correctly so your invoices display all the necessary details. This occurs when certain settings need to be adjusted or refreshed, and I’ll guide you through the process.
Since you’ve already taken the initiative to test both the standard QuickBooks invoice template and your imported styles, the next step is to navigate to the Account and Settings to confirm the Shipping feature is enabled. Then, head to the Custom form styles page and verify that the Shipping option is checked. This guarantees that the delivery address is shown on the document.
Another fix to consider is to retrigger the feature on the Invoice window. Toggle off Ship to in the Customisation dropdown, then reactivate it.
Next, refresh your browser by clicking the reload icon or pressing F5 (on Windows) or Command-R (on Mac). After that, revisit the invoice to confirm if the shipping information now generates when previewed or printed.
As an extra troubleshooting measure, log out of your QuickBooks account completely. Wait a few moments, then reconnect to reset your session entirely.
Please let me know how these steps work for you. It’s important to me that your invoices generate accurate information, and I want to ensure everything is functioning smoothly. If you have any further questions, feel free to reply below. I'm here to help. Take care.
