Hi MarkAngeloG,
Thanks for prompt reply. However you didn't understand my issues, here again I will explain with screenshots. I have successfully set the rate to 8% without problem.
See Image 1, all set up including the name "sales and services tax" is perfectly done.
See Image 2, when i try to print invoice and quotation, the word " SST 6% Agency"
See Image 3, during entering invoice, the same word "SST 6% Agency"
My question : Where can I change "SST 6% Agency" ?And this is urgent as it created confusion when I send invoices.
Thanks for providing those additional details and screenshots to clarify your inquiries, vivienneyeo-zulu. The additional context is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Before I raised this issue here, I have tried multiple times by using the solution suggested, but the strange thing is under "contents" I have chosen NOT to show the tax registration information. At the tax column total. It wasn't showing the same caption as shown when I print invoice/quote. In short, the edit window is showing a different information compare to the final printout.I have also make sure I have chose the correct template to do edit.
We appreciate you for all the efforts you've made, vivienneyeo. We understand the importance of accurate information on invoices and quotations in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Please review the customizations you've made within the selected template to confirm. Based on the screenshot you've provided, it seems that the Tax Registration No. has been checked. Let's ensure that we uncheck the tax registration information in the Display section to prevent it from being seen when printed. After adjusting the template settings, remember to save your changes.

The screenshot above is showing you that it was unchecked, let me redo again for a clearer vision. See attached:
1- in the edit template, it is clearly unchecked and no information entered
2- When I print the invoice, the tax information showed up again. I need a clear solution for this please.
