It's essential to ensure third-party applications and QBO are properly configured, particularly the data fields so data sync accurately, @Sy29.
You'll want to check your third-party application's configuration setup to ensure it correctly maps the Rate field when sending data to QBO.
Also, QBO relies on the information your third party shared. If everything is set up accordingly, you can perform troubleshooting steps to verify if it's a browser-related issue.
First, open your QBO account in an incognito or private window. Use these keyboard shortcuts:
Access your account and verify whether the rate on the invoices is now visible.
If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate piled-up data. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser or device if your current one has a temporary issue with the program.
It may be beneficial for you to review your top-selling items, current stock levels, pricing of goods, and the overall status of your inventory. Feel free to read this article: Use reports to see your sales and inventory status in QuickBooks Online.

Hi,
I tried to check QBO account in an incognito window but still rate field is not populated on invoice even when Track quantity and price/rate setting is ON. Earlier QBO used to calculate rate field when amount and qty is specified. Please check the issue
Keeping everything in hand is crucial to ensure the accuracy of your sales entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sy29. I'll explain further about this.
With QuickBooks, the program is dependent on the information downloaded from your third-party application. Thus, it's best to review your app's setup and how these data are imported to QBO.
With that, I suggest reaching out to your third-party application to help verify your account and investigate them further.
As a workaround, you may consider entering the amounts manually under the Rate field on your invoices. Doing so will help you keep going in managing sales transactions.
Moreover, I've added this reference to help you track and record customer-paid invoices in your file: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

As I mentioned before, earlier QBO used to calculate rate field when amount and qty is specified by integrated application.
The rate field was never sent by integrated application. Based on amount and quantity field sent by integrated application, Quickbooks online used to calculate rate if 'Track quantity and price/rate' setting is ON and display in rate field.
Is this logic changed recently from Quickbooks online side? Please confirm
In which update/release this is changed?
