Trying to edit custom invoice and email form. Won't accept the text block I add. Have tried on 2 different days to add it. Please help?! Thanks.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps so that you can add the text block. Web browsers save cookies as files to your hard drive. They’re small in size, but over time, you can accumulate a lot of them. This means your web browser must use more and more power to properly load saved web pages, which may cause unusual behaviors in QuickBooks.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website and for the system to start fresh. 

 

You can also try switching to a different browser.

 

Once done, you can add the text block again.
