In the QuickBooks Online app:
- Go to the Menu ☰
- Select Help & Feedback.
- Click Refresh Data
- Then select Refresh.
If the issue continues, try uninstalling the app, and reinstall it to start a clean slate. This fixes issues that keep you from opening your company, display problems, and a few other situations. Rest assured, this won’t affect your accounting data.
