Wanna create landed cost pls

I know a way to create a landed cost, ahmedadelgenidi-. I've got you covered.

Creating a landed cost isn't an option in QuickBooks Online. Not worry, I have a workaround to record this in the program.

If you'd like to record the landed cost in your purchase orders, I'd suggest following these steps:

On the original purchase transaction, add a portion of the shipping to each item total. Then, let's create a bill.

  1. Go to the + New and then select Bill.
  2. Select the vendor's name.
  3. Choose the item you purchase, enter the quantity and the amount.
  4. Add a portion of the shipping.
  5. Click Save and close.

Once done, pay the bill using a clearing account. Here's how:

  1. Edit the original bill.
  2. Increase the item's total cost by a portion of the shipping.
  3. Select the clearing account.
  4. Enter the full amount as a negative number.
  5. Click Save and close.
  6. Then, click Yes on the prompt message.

If you want to create a landed cost for inventory, I encourage looking for any third-party app. You can go to the App menu to find one.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help make changes to your inventory quantity. This ensures your inventory value is accurate: Adjust Inventory Quantity on Hand in QuickBooks Online.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance with your other QuickBooks tasks, ahmedadelgenidi-. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
