I want to download a report which has inventory details along with its ageing period for more than 6 months and 1 year

Want inventory ageing details

Welcome to the Community, @accountsunimark. I can help you with exporting report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

QuickBooks Online makes everything more convenient for users. We can run and export financial reports. To export inventory ageing reports, you can run an inventory valuation report and export it.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. From the left navigation pane, select the Reports menu.
  2. Look for the Inventory Valuation Detail report.
  3. In the report period, filter the dates you want to show on the report.
  4. Click Run report.

 

 

Once done, let’s export the report by clicking the export icon beside the settings.

 

 

You can also customize the report to add columns by hitting the Customize button.
