Want to deactivate quick book permanently

I can walk you through canceling your subscription, hr41.

Just a heads up, for paid and trial subscriptions, we hang on to your data for one year. After the given period the system will automictically delete your account. To cancel, here's how

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user through a browser.
  2. Select the gear icon and then Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.

For more details on what happens after you cancel an account, you can click here.

We are very much ready to welcome you back in QuickBooks once your want to reactivate your account. Let me know if you have other questions.
