What I don't have "snap receipt" feature in my mobile ap

Hi there. I would be delighted to provide information about the snap receipt feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

The Snap receipt feature is only available in selected regions such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other countries in ROW. This might be the reason you're unable to see the option. To further verify this, could you tell me what specific QBO version you're using right now? This information is helpful so I can provide an accurate resolution.

In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a cache-related issue. Your system might encounter some unusual responses so you're unable to see the feature. To fix this, let's clear your app data to refresh the background processes and eliminate older files that might cause the odd behavior.

For iOS devices:

  1. Select the menu icon at the top right corner of your phone screen.
  2. Next, choose Help & Feedback
  3. Then, select Refresh Data and Refresh

For Android:

  1. Tap the menu icon and choose Settings
  2. Next, select Refresh Data.
  3. Then, click Yes.

If you're still unable to see the feature, I recommend uploading your receipt manually to QBO. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account as the primary administrator.
  2. Navigate to the Bookkeeping menu and select Transactions.
  3. From there,  go to the Receipts tab or Banking then, select Receipts.
  4. Next, select Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive. Note: Each image or file should only contain a single receipt.

In QBO, you can also add attachments to your customer and supplier profiles, as well as their transactions to further organised your recordkeeping.
