When we import multiple invoices to QB, does this transaction touch all accounts like (sales, COGS, inventory, Revenue, Receivable)?

Hello there, accounting433.

Importing multiple invoices to QuickBooks may touch all accounts you've mentioned above. However, the uploaded transactions depend on how the item was manually recorded within your QBO account.

If the item you've used to the invoice is entered as inventory, this may touch accounts you've mentioned. On the other hand, if it's a service this may not affect the COGS account and your inventory. You can check the articles below to get additional details about sales and inventory in QBO:

Also, you can run the Sales by Product/Service Detail report to view the sales transactions by product or service and the Inventory Valuation Detail to review transactions for each inventory item and how they affect quantity on hand, value, and cost. Then, you can modify the report as you want and save what you've currently changed by checking these articles:

Let me know if you have other questions by commenting below. I'll be here to help in any way that I can. Take care always.
