How quickly you receive money in QuickBooks Online depends on the payment method your customer uses. Below, I'll provide more explanation and also how to check your deposit speed and status inside QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Payments deposits your funds within five business days after your first payment. The payment will take a little longer because your merchant account is being set up. After that, your money will arrive faster, typically within two business days.
If you make a payment before 3 PM PT, it should be in your bank account within 2 business days. If you process it after 3 PM PT, we'll start the deposit on the next business day.
Deposit times vary depending on your product and payment type. Standard deposits are processed daily, except Sundays and major holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). Instant deposits are available every day, year-round, without exception.
