Stupid changes recently at QBO.
First, the Company Registration number was removed from "Account and Settings", now "Mobile Number" field was removed from both vendor and customers' data. (but Fax was retained, go figure)
Don't your management understand that the primary number is for their office contact (eg a company's general line), while mobile number is for the company's person in charge's contact?
These thoughtless changes calls into question your management's basic competence. Can we trust you with our data and what will happen in 1 year? Will there be more of such thoughtless changes?
As an accounting software you are supposed to solve our problems. But now, you are creating more of them.

This isn’t the experience we want you to have with managing the contact details of your customers and suppliers QuickBooks Online (QBO), tlheah.
QBO has updated the customer and supplier name and contact fields where you can enter the mobile number in the Phone number field or in the Other field for the company's person in charge's contact.
We see consumer feedback as an opportunity to improve the numerous features of our products. I'd recommend giving our engineers direct feedback. They may look into this suggestion and incorporate it into future updates. Here's how:

This is exactly the kind of response that says your management is being filled with people who don't understand how business works (you are an accounting system company!!), and your company is starting to decline and going the way of Blackberry and Nokia.
Unfortunately all those who had counted on and trusted your company (like us) will suffer. Your most loyal customers will suffer the most. We have trusted QBO as the heart and bedrock of our business since starting.
But luckily I see someone in charge has more sense and the Mobile number is back.
Next please add back the Business Registration Number under Account and Settings.
SST is there, but the BRN which is much more important info is not. Every single company worldwide has its BRN.
Advice - don't try to be smart, focus on doing simple basic things properly.
