If you're currently using QuickBooks Online (QBO) for India and wanted to switch to QBO US version, then yes, you can continue using the product after April 2023 as long as your subscription is active.
Take note that only QBO India will be discontinued after April 2023. Other versions such as US is still available. Here's an article for your reference: Discontinuation of QuickBooks in India.
I also suggest exporting your data beforehand for a smooth transition to QBO US version.
