Welcome to the Community, Joan. Let me share information about creating delivery notes.
To begin with, please note that QuickBooks Online has a feature wherein we can create or print a packing slip instead of a delivery note. A packing slip is similar to a delivery note. It contains valuable shipping information like items, quantities, and other details when shipping goods to our customers.
To create or print a packing slip, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Customer & Leads and select Customers.
- Choose the customer's name to see their transactions.
- On the Transaction List tab, tick the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.
- Click the Batch Actions dropdown and select Print packing slip.
- The print preview screen will open, allowing you to choose printing options, preview, and print.
Please be aware that QuickBooks will generate one packing slip per invoice by default, and modifying or customising a packing slip is currently unavailable.
