Thanks for bringing your query here today, vnwandu. I can provide information when managing users in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QuickBooks, the maximum number of users you can add varies based on your QBO plan. With QuickBooks Plus, you can invite up to five billable users plus two accounting firms. These billable user roles are counted toward your user limit, while non-billable users don't.
That said, you can temporarily remove some user's access or opt for those who can only access time tracking and reports, then invite the other and give them specific access to features you want. You can visit this reference to learn more about user types and permissions: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.
At this time, we have the QBO Advanced that allows 25 billable invites plus three accounting firms. However, this is currently available for QBO US.
I'm also sharing this guide to help you delete or modify active users on your file: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.
I'll keep track on this thread if there's anything else you require additional assistance managing users in your account. Just let me know any time in the comments below. Stay safe and have a great ahead!
