Welcome to QuickBooks Community, preetham-skylark.

You can make your ledger in T-format by running the General ledger report. I'll show you how to do that.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search bar, enter General Ledger.
  3. Click Customize in the upper-right corner.
  4. In the Rows/Column section, choose only the Debit and Credit options.
  5. Click Run report to reflect the changes.

If you want to do it from the Chart of Accounts (COA), we're unable to make it. This page is limited adding columns for Debit and Credit. No worries, alternatively, you can export it from COA or using the report I've shared above. Click the Export icon and filter it from Excel.

You can still include the other information anytime. Feel free to utilise these articles to learn about personalising your reports.

Add another post if you have other concerns with QuickBooks. I'd be glad to help you anytime, preetham-skylark. Have a good one!
