Can we delete all transactions in our QBO account? Will it be possible to also clear, deleted/voided transactions so they will not be showing under our Chart of Accounts?

I want to clear up my Chart of accounts, it is showing the opening balance amount but I did not enter anything. I was just trying to create an expense account, and was trying to delete it as well because I am not sure what to use under category. How to contact you as well? I want to talk someone from your Tech Support so I can explain it very well, that might help us to have a smooth transaction as well. Can you give us a phone number? We are located in Qatar

Let me assist you with clearing all your transactions and route you to the support you want. 

 

To begin with, if your account is active 60 days below, we can purge your account and start a clean slate. 

 

However, if your account has been active for more than 60 days, we can manually delete those transactions you want to delete. 

 

On the other hand, please be informed that we can't provide you with our contact number. However, you can contact us within your QuickBooks Account. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, select (?) Help.
  2. Select either tab to get started:
