Hi there. Thanks for posting here in the Community. I have some information for you about QuickBooks Online India and why your account has been canceled.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) India has been discontinued last April 30, 2023. After giving it some thought, it was decided that we would no longer be able to provide QuickBooks products for small businesses and accounting professionals in India. This is applicable for all QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, QuickBooks mobile apps, and QuickBooks Time subscriptions and services. Thus, resulting to the cancellation of your account.
Just recently, we announced QBO India's discontinuation, but since we value our customers and listened to their feedback, this is the reason why we extended it until 30th April 2023. Before implementing this, we made sure that we rolled out this information to our customers through our pages and by sending out emails.
Since you weren't able to download your data and transition out of the product prior to 30 April 2023, you no longer have access to your QBO data. I'd love to help you download your data but your account is no longer available.
