Can you help to schedule a meeting with Xero regarding Quickbooks migration?

Is your company located in India? Afaik, Xero is not popular in India. If you need to convert your data from QBO to Xero, we can help to do so. Contact me in private for details.

Can you help to schedule a meeting with Xero regarding Quickbooks migration?

We're unable to schedule a meeting with Xero, userpraja.

A CSV file (using Excel) can be used to transfer data from Xero software into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Customers, Vendors, Accounts, and Products and Services can all be imported into QBO. When importing, you must have a QuickBooks-compatible supported file. You can use CSV or XLS/XLSX.

To begin, prepare this handy QuickBooks Import Excel and CSV toolkit, which you can install to expedite the process.

Here's how:

  1. Open the file download window for the toolkit.
  2. Then click Save.
  3. Go to your Windows Desktop, then select Save.
  4. Double-click QuickBooks_Import_Excel_and_CSV.exe on the desktop to open the WinZip Self-Extractor window.
  5. Choose Browse, select the folder where you'd like to install the toolkit, then click OK.
  6. Select Unzip to extract the contents, and then click Close to close the WinZip Self-Extractor window.
  7. Open the QuickBooks Import Excel and CSV folder from the location you selected in step 4.

Then follow the steps outlined in this article: Import data from other software into QuickBooks Online.

I also recommend you get in touch with the technical support from Xero directly if you want to schedule a meeting for them.

After successfully importing your file, you can check the accuracy of the data by running reports such as Profit and Loss and other transaction reports. This resource will walk you through the process: Run reports in QuickBooks Online
