Allow me to share some details on how to delete the data in your test account so that you can start with your new subscription.
If you're using the test drive in QBO, there's no need to delete the data because it will be deleted automatically once the program has been closed. However, if you're using a trial subscription, you can purge the account.
You can purge your data if your account aged is less than 60 days in QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials versions. The system deletes all data entered into the company, and you're unable to restore or reverse them.
To purge the data, you can follow the steps below:
After it, you'll be routed to your home page. Then, you can either wait for the trial to end, or you can manually cancel the trial subscription on the Billing and Subscription page.
Once done, you can now subscribe to a new QuickBooks Online service by signing up on this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/. Then, below are the things that you can do:
That's it! You can now start using your new subscription with the actual data you'd like to use for your business.
You're always welcome to let me know in the comment section if you have other questions or concerns. I'd be glad to help you succeed in anything that you do in QuickBooks.
If you are using QBO Simple Start, you should open a new blank QBO account.
