Thanks for reaching out, @Braillic--Limited

The Subscription and Billing page displays your previous bills since January 1, 2018

Hi, I am confused about the Subscription and Billing page. On that page, does it show my upcoming bill or my previous bill?

That's very confusing as it shows next billing date. How come it is not next billing amount? Why there is a discrepancy in date and amount?

Also, customer support is providing mixed information. Often they said it's previous billing and often it's next billing amount.

Please clarify

I appreciate you getting back to this thread, Braillic. I'll clarify things to address your concern.

The amount isn't displayed because it's meant to serve as a reminder of when your next payment will be processed. The "next billing date" tells you when the charge will occur, while the "next billing amount" refers to the specific amount you'll be charged on that date. These two amounts may not match for several reasons, such as changes in your subscription plan, any discounts applied, or if you've added extra services since your last payment.

Additionally, feel free to check out this article to learn how to update your credit card details, make changes to your subscription, or view your billing history: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info.

I am still not clear with the answer. When I go to the Subscription and Billing page, what does that amount refer to: previous bill or upcoming bill? Date part is quite clear as it shows next due date clearly.

e.g.,

QuickBooks Simple Start

SUBSCRIBED

Next charge on 09/07/2025

HK$783/yr

+applicable taxes

Here I am clear when I will be charged. Does the amount HK$783 refer to a previous bill or an upcoming bill? Since the date refers to the next due date, I assume the amount is the next due amount. I am getting mixed answers from customer support. Would you please clarify and point out specific quickbook guidelines?

The amount shown in the Subscription and Billing page displays both previous and upcoming bills, @Braillic--Limited.

To clarify, the HK$783/yr amount under your subscription plan represents your upcoming bill. The previous invoice transactions or previous bills, on the other hand, are listed after clicking the View payment history button.
