If you’re referring to the added accounts as an online banking in QuickBooks, you still have to add the downloaded transaction so it will appear on the View register.

On the other hand, if you are only referring to the added account in the Chart of Accounts page, you can pull a Transaction Detail by Account Report to see all of the transactions.

From there, you’ll see the transaction that you’re looking for.
