You are using QB Online India version, correct? This version has been discontinued since last week. If you can still access your account, you should export your data immediately. You can use an exporter tool and purchase a third-party service to convert data to another accounting application.

I understand the importance of renewing your subscription, Rachana.

 

We have recently announced that QuickBooks Online products have been discontinued in India. Hence, we're unable to reactivate your account. Existing customers can only access their accounts until June 30, 2023, after which their data will no longer be available.

 

To avoid losing your data, I recommend downloading them. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from Reports and Lists by toggling the slider.
  5. Once done, click Export to Excel.

You can also use an exporter tool that Fiat Lux - ASIA mentioned. This helps you successfully move your data out of QuickBooks.
