How can I scan and auto-fill (OCR) an expense (Quickbooks global)? I can only take a picture to attach to an expense I create manually.

Currently, this feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I suggest connecting a third-party app so you can scan and auto-fill an expense.

Here's how:

1. On the left pane, choose the Apps tab.
2. Click the Find Apps.
3. Enter the keyword or name in the Search bar.
4. Once done, similar apps will appear on the screen.
