How do I check the number of transactions with attachments in my QB database ?

Hi, vikrant-lele-con. I have the steps on how to check the number of attachments you have in QuickBooks Online.

All the transactions you have in QuickBooks that have an attachment can be accessed in a few steps. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
3. Choose Attachments.

Thanks for the revert, but this doesn't solve my problem unfortunately. QB doesn't seem to have an option of downloading the complete transaction list with attachments which are necessary for Audit purposes neither do I have an option of knowing how many transactions are there with attachments as part of my company's database.

I need to press the next button on the attachments tab for god knows how much times to get this info !!!

Looking for a solve for the same so that my data transition can happen smoothly.

I can definitely see how convenient it is if we could download a complete list of transactions with attachments in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and be able to view it in just a page so we no longer have to press the next button. I also would like to have this ability as this is time-saving.

We would love to hear your opinion as this is something that would make your QuickBooks experience better. With this, let's pass this feature request to our Product Developers so they can consider adding it in future updates. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4. Click Next to submit.

Note that future releases will have to undergo extensive measures before they'll be released as we need to make sure that it is fully developed and functional.

Would have loved to do what you are saying unfortunately QB is shutting their business in India from 30th April onwards and hence I am more worried about my data transition rather than getting new features built.

Have you decided to which app do you need to convert to? QB Online Global version, Zoho Books, or else?
