How to create a payment link?

Where is your company located? You can use a free invoicing app to integrate with QBO as a workaround. You can put links to accept payments by many options (e.g Paypal, Stripe).

I hope you're having a good day. I am here to provide you with some insights on creating payment links in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For now, creating a payment link for your customer is currently unavailable in QBO. As a workaround, you can create a new invoice and select the Save and share link option. This way, your customer will be able to view the invoice. 

Here's how:

1. Open the invoice.
2. Choose Save and share link option.
3. Click the Copy link on the Send your customer a link to their invoice window.
4. Tap Save and send option.
5. Paste the link and send the email message with the invoice link to your customer.
6. Press Send and close.

Alternatively, you can use a third-party app that integrates with QBO to create payment links for your customers. Simply go to the Apps menu and search for the app.
