I hope you're having a good day. I am here to provide you with some insights on creating payment links in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
For now, creating a payment link for your customer is currently unavailable in QBO. As a workaround, you can create a new invoice and select the Save and share link option. This way, your customer will be able to view the invoice.

Alternatively, you can use a third-party app that integrates with QBO to create payment links for your customers. Simply go to the Apps menu and search for the app.
