If  you're referring to a bill that has been accidentally paid three times in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can remove the duplicate payments.

 

Follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Expenses or the Vendors menu.
  2. Search for the vendor associated with the bill.
  3. Locate the bill and identify the three associated payments.
  4. Then delete the extra payments.
