Hello there, info. I'd be happy to provide some insights regarding Purchase orders in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When you convert a Purchase order to a Bill, the PO won't shown in the bill. If you want to view the PO details, you can click on the linked Purchase Order in the upper right corner of the bill. This will show you the date and amount of the PO. When creating a bill out of a Purchase Order, we only have the option to Add it when prompted on the right side of the screen.
