Hi there, Jawad. I can provide details and route you to the right support team to check the setup of your location mapping to sync in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since you're using QuickBooks Connector by Onesaas from the Shopify app store, and have questions about the location mapping not syncing to QBO, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Onesaas support team. They'll be able to provide more information to configure settings in your QuickBooks Connector app to sync location properly.
