I have paid through via cheque but it's not showing in quickbook and debited from my account

Let's do a manual update to get your cheque to show up in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This procedure will refresh your online banking connection and allow you to retrieve new entries.


To complete this task, let's go to the Banking Center. It only takes a few clicks to get there.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. In your company, head to the Banking menu on the left panel and choose Banking to open the list of accounts added in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. Click the Blue tile icon and select your Financial Institution (FI) from the list.
  3. Tap the Update button in the upper right.
  4. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and press the Continue update button.
