I have reported that HSBC Business (Hong Kong) bank feeds are not pulling transactions correctly despite showing a successful connection. Has the issue been fixed?

Each time I click "Update" in the bank transactions section, QBO shows that it’s connected and brings me to a “Done” page—but no new transactions are pulled in. I’ve also tried editing and re-entering my login credentials (which are correct), and QBO again shows a successful connection, but still no new data appears. I’ve contacted the online help desk multiple times, but so far I’ve only been told that the engineers are looking into it. I only knew that 10+ users have also been affected and are attached to the same investigation and typically, such issues are resolved within 36–48 hours. Now it seems the issue has not been fixed yet.
