I pay for expert advice. for last 12 hours I have asked for a CALL BACK and it keeps stating "you are next and line" and no one has called me. What shall I do?

I CALLED the main intuit line and talked to MAR in the Phillipines and he assured me he would escalate my concern and still NO ONE has called me back. They are closing in 30 minutes

It’s best to contact support early during business hours to increase the chances of prompt assistance, Mrbun. Intuit Expert Support hours in your region typically run from Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 6 PM PT on business days.

 

The callback system handles requests in the order they are received. During high call volumes, wait times may be longer than usual.

 

Since you’ve already escalated your issue but haven’t received a callback, we recommend contacting the Expert Advice team again on the next business day during their available hours so your concern can be addressed promptly.
