I'd love to help you get your bill for the month of March. However, I'd like to know if you're referring to the bill of your QuickBooks Online account. If so, here are the different ways to access them.
Invoices are sent to users each month via email. The emails will go to the account's Master Admin user, which is the user who initially set up the account. If you're the Master Admin and you're not receiving your invoices via email, ensure you're checking your Junk/Spam folder just in case.
If you still don't see your invoices via email, you're able to locate them within the account itself.

If you're still unable to see the bill for March, you may contact our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account and provide you a copy of your bill.
