Hi there, Mohamed. Currently, the ability to add a formula to calculate commissions on sales for a salesperson is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

 

That said, you can send your feedback to our product development team. This way, they can review this suggestion and may add it in the future update. To send one, here's how:

 

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Then, select Feedback.
  3. Write your suggestion in the box provided.
  4. Once done, click Next.

 

In the meantime, I recommend exploring third-party applications that integrate with QuickBooks Online. These tools can help you accurately calculate commissions on sales.
