I'm pleased to have you here in the Community today, @kdevihome2. I'll be happy to share some details about your concern and provide you with a workaround to get through this and manage your bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Please be aware that the transactions downloaded to QuickBooks Online are dependent on the data provided by your bank's website. You'll want to confirm that these transactions are posted in your bank account. You can log into your account on the bank's website and check to see these transactions. If you see those transactions, you'll want to update your bank feeds in your QBO account. Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. Click on the Banking link.
  3. Select the account you’re working on.
  4. Next, click on the Update button.

Once done, QBO will refresh your bank feeds and then those transactions posted in your bank will now appear in the Banking Tab of your QuickBooks Online account.

If you're trying to add the old transactions, you can consider manually downloading your bank transactions from your bank and then manually importing it into your QBO account. If you wish to continue, I recommend visiting this article for further guidelines on how you can import your bank transactions into your QuickBooks Online account: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

@kdevihome2, you're always welcome to get back to me if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. I'd be delighted to assist you here once again. Thanks for QuickBooks. Take care, and have a nice day!
