Importing an emailed QBO vendor bill into my QBO

Glad to see you in the Community, @dlparker. I'm happy to share some information about importing an emailed bill from your supplier in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, the option to download the invoice sent from your supplier and save it as a bill is unavailable. As a workaround, you can collate the details and import it using a CSV file in your QBO account. 

Here are the CSV file columns that are mandatory:

• Bill no.
• Supplier
• Bill Date
• Due Date
• Account
• Line Amount
• Line Tax Code

Then, upload it to QBO. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings and select Import data.
2. Click Bills, select Browse, then locate your .csv file and select Open.
3. To auto-create suppliers, select the checkbox beside Add new suppliers that don't already exist in QuickBooks.
4. Click Next.

There is no bill option for me.

Let me share information about importing bills in QBO.

Importing bills for a QuickBooks Online International account is only available for QBO Essentials and QBO Plus. However, If you're using other QBO products, this could be the possible reason why you don't have the bills option. However, you can find a third-party app that you can use to import them. 

1. Sign in to QBO Account.
2. Go to Apps on the left navigation bar.
3. Search for something like import bills or import transactions.
4. Choose from the suggested apps.
