My account in QBO plus were suspended and I am not able to process payment what am i do to re subscribe

I can not use my account in Quick books online plus and my account were suspended now i want to re subscribe but its ask me to update billing information. please help me that issue

Welcome to the Community space, lodgeneral. I wish you didn’t go through this hurdle with your subscription to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If you recently received an email saying your subscription is suspended because we couldn't process a payment, don't worry. All you have to do is update your billing information.

 

To change your payment details: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  2. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
  3. Under Payment method, select Edit.
  4. Enter your card information by typing in the complete card number, name on the card, expiration date, and security code. Verify that the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same one that appears on your card statement.
  5. Hit Save Changes.

 

Once the payment is processed, the suspension should be cleared within 24 hours.
