I understand how useful it is to establish payment voucher approvals. However, currently unavailable for the global version in QuickBooks Online.
We value feedback and product suggestions to improve the program. You can send this suggestion through your QuickBooks account so that our developers can act to improve your experience.
I'll show you how:
1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Select the type of feedback in the box.
3. Click the Next button to submit.
You may track the status of your summited feedback with this page: QuickBooks Online Features Requests page.
In the meantime, you can use a third-party app to accomplish this. You can access your Apps menu and see which tool is most suitable for your business.
In addition, enter the expense as a bill if you intend to pay it in the future. Bills can be recorded one at a time or multiple payments for multiple vendors. Check out this article for your reference: Enter bills and record bill payments in QuickBooks Online.
