Reactivation of Quickbooks account?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, yerakala-ramakan.

 

I'll give the steps on how you can renew your subscription.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
  2. On the left panel, click Billing & Subscriptions.
  3. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status. Subscription renewal page will open in pop-up window. If you already have an activation code click on "Already have an activation code?" button (1) and follow the screen instructions.If you have a "Promotion Code" enter the promotion code in the text box and click Apply button (2). If you want to purchase multiple activation codes/subscriptions click on the "Need to buy multiple companies?" button (3).
  4. In the next page, select the number of subscription you want to purchase from the drop-down and click on "Subscribe Now" button.
  5. Enter the Billing Address details and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox and click Continue/Make Payment. Note: if you are purchasing multiple companies, the activation codes will be sent to the email ID that you enter here. Make sure that you enter correct email ID here.
  6. Select the payment option from Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash Card. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment.
  7. Once payment is made, your company account will get renewed. And if you have bought multiple companies, the company through which you have made payment will get activated and rest of the activation codes will be sent to the email ID entered in step 5.

If you have the following situation:

 

  • You are unable to make an online payment
  • You have run into issues with the activation code or the file hasn't been activated despite successful application of activation code.

I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have more tools to help you with the reactivation.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and click the Contact a human button.
  3. Select Live Chat / Call me back.
