In the meantime, I recommend opening your browser's private window to determine if a webpage issue is preventing you from saving your client's information. Depending on your browser type, you can use the following shortcuts:
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If you can save your client's information, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. You can also switch to other installed supported browsers, which is a good alternative.
