TDS Section 194J has two rates for Profession fee it is 7.5% and for technical fee it is 1.5%. But Quickbooks provides only the latter 1.5%, it doesnt provide 7.5%.

TDS is deducted as per the prescribed applicable rates for different types of payments. These rates are also prescribed as per the nature of residential status of the recipients. Its calculation is based on the threshold defined under the provisions of the Indian Income Tax Act.

 

Under section 194J, any sum paid by way of technical or professional services as below (exempt up to Rs. 30,000 during the financial year) is 10%. That's why 7.5% is unavailable. You can refer to these articles that will give you more detail on how we calculate TDS:

We provided an amount of Rs.12,00,000 (much beyond threshold) for checking whether it deducts 7.5%, it still deducts only 1.5% by default.
