Hi there, @123145898316189.
Let me help you connect your HDFC credit card account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before we start, can you share with me the error message you're getting when connecting your account? It's possible that your bank is having system maintenance and might be the cause of this issue. Please out to your financial institution and check for any maintenance update or request to establish a connection with QuickBooks. If everything is good on their end, make sure to select its correct name or URL when connecting the account.
You may also perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Start by accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:
Once you're in, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect without any issues, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
Aside from that, you can also download your credit card transactions and manually upload them to the program.
Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you make sure you're able to put your bank data in the correct accounts: Categorise and Match Online Bank Transactions.
I'll be right here to continue assisting if you have any other banking concerns or additional QuickBooks queries. Just leave the details below and I'll get back to you.
