What should i do, it is not accepting my new updated credit card and states account is still suspended

For QuickBooks Online (International), you can only use MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX to update your credit card information. 

Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help you to resolve this:

  • If this is a new credit card replaced an expired card, check if this is already activated for use. 
  • Ensure that all credit card details including CVV are entered correctly in the Billing info page.
  • You may also reach to your bank's representative and verify if your card allows recurring billing from an online merchant like QuickBooks.
