Why Vendors transactions and bills are not showing in app Please Help?

I'm here to help you access your vendor transactions on your phone right away, @umair-intaglapto.

QuickBooks Mobile App allows us instant access to your QBO data from your mobile device. The best way to enter or access bills while on the go is through a browser on your device. It works the same with how you access your account on your computer.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using a browser.
  2. Go to the +New menu.
  3. Select Bill.
  4. Enter the necessary info.
  5. Click Save and Close.

For more details about the process, refer to this link: Enter bills and record bill payments.

Let me also add these articles that provide more info about the mobile app:

Fill me in if you have more questions about handling vendor transactions in QuickBooks Online. I'd be glad to help you achieve your goals.

Why Vendors transactions and bills are not showing in app Please Help?

Hello umair-intaglapto!

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app has limited features. Allow me to share details about it.

You can view and add vendors using the app. Follow these steps:

  1. Click the burger icon (three horizontal lines) and select ALL.
  2. Scroll down and select Vendors from the Money out section.
  3. Tap the + icon to add a new one or click the vendor's name to see the details.

From there, you can also see the expense transactions or simply Expenses from the ALL tab. However, please note that the bill feature is currently unsupported on the app. You'll have to access your account using a browser to add one. You may use the current mobile browser installed on your device.

Please check these links to see the available features and the system requirements for the QBO mobile app:

If you still can't find the Vendor and Expenses option, please make sure that the app is updated. It'd be best if you can uninstall, then reinstall it.

Why Vendors transactions and bills are not showing in app Please Help?

Hello,

I enter "bills" from my Suppliers in the QBO desktop version.

However, when I look at my Suppliers in the QBO mobile version, the bills I enter in the QBO version are not showing up under "Activity."

It just says "Did you buy something from this supplier?  Tap + to add the expense details."

Are you telling me that Supplier bills, credits, payments etc. entered in QBO desktop do not show up on QBO mobile?

Why Vendors transactions and bills are not showing in app Please Help?

Good day, @EliCostello.

Allow me to jump into this conversation and share additional info about the QuickBooks Mobile App version.

Some of the basic features in QuickBooks Online web and Desktop versions aren't available in the mobile app. That's the reason why ye to perform some of these tasks on your photasksor tablets while using QBO mobile app.

On the other hand, you can open a web version of QuickBooks. This has the same feature as the desktop version. That way, you can easily enter your data and record your transactions.

Simply sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using a supported browser in this link: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/companyselection
